Please note: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Timeframe for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your plants. This gives you adequate time to inspect your new additions and ensure they’re thriving in their new environment.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide Order Details: Include your order number, items to return, and reason for return
  3. Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship Your Return: Package plants securely and ship to our address (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility)
  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, plants must be:

  • In their original condition and packaging
  • Alive and showing no signs of neglect or improper care
  • Accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the delicate nature of living plants and agricultural restrictions, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Plants that show signs of improper care or neglect
  • Custom or special order plants
  • Plants that have been planted or removed from their original containers
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs for the replacement items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your plants arrive damaged or you receive incorrect items, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for replacement plants to be shipped at no additional cost to you.
